New Leaves Clinic is located in the Cornell West building, in Beaverton Oregon. The building is located just off Hwy 26, with easy accessibility for clients in Portland and beyond. For your convenience, free parking is available. We are ADA accessible.

Our offices are on the second floor, inside Corner Office Suites.

Bad Weather

If we are closed due to bad weather, we will post the closing on our Facebook Page.

• If you are a current or returning client, please call the office and speak with our secretary. Do not fill out the Make An Appointment form again.
• If you are a new client, please complete the Make An Appointment form. Appointments are made in the order this form is received.

Location

The mapping program will lead you to our building. The building is named Cornell West. Inside this building, go to the 2nd floor and turn to the left. Suite 200 is called Corner Office (Executive Suites). We are within these suites. The secretary will be available to help you.
