Insurance & Private Payment

Insurance:
- We are preferred providers for ODS, BlueCross BlueShield, & TriWest.
- For all other insurance providers, we are Out of Network providers. For insurance information please call your provider and ask "What is my Out of Network, Outpatient Mental Health benefit?". Click here for more information.
- Private Payment: We accept patients with no mental health insurance who self-pay. Payment is due at the time of service.
Phone Call, E-Mail & Fax Billing
- There is no charge for leaving your psychologist a very brief message.
- Phone calls, faxes and e-mails that require more than 15 minutes for reading & responding will be billed at our regular rate. This is not reimbursed through insurance.
Fees for Missed Sessions and Arriving Late
- Please cancel your session 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
- If you are late to an appointment or have to leave early, you will be billed for the full time allotted for your session.
Free Services
New Leaves Clinic believes in giving back to the community. To this end, staff routinely provides continuing education & training programs for community agencies. However, New Leaves Clinic does not provide pro bono (free) services for direct clinical work.
